Many: Sources: berries, beans, fruits, vegetables, green tea, coffee, red wine, many fruit juices, nuts, herbs (ground cloves, cinnamon, ginger, oregano, turmeric powder), grains (especially old-based products), & dark chocolate. It is highly recommended to consume whole foods rather than take supplements. Antioxidants add to general health regardless of illness but medical care is necessary for specifi.
