My skin color is originally white but i got a bit tanned during the summer. can i restore my skin color by putting aloe vera gel daily and eating food with antioxidants and also put sun cream when im outside or i just need the winter to do his thing?

Using sunscreen will prevent additional tanning. Otherwise it would be better to let nature take its course for the pigmentation to fade with time. Antioxidant intake is unlikely to change the course.
