Foods : Foods that are rich in antioxidants include: berries (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries), red grapes as well as red wine, cherries, plums, dark chocolate, artichokes, carrots, potatoes, apples, and a variety of beans, namely red beans.
Try not to focus on one specific food that has the most or best antioxidant power as you put it, rather eat a diet that consists of a wide variety of anti-oxidant rich foods. This will prove more beneficial in the long term.
