Many: Sources: berries, beans, fruits, vegetables, green tea, coffee, red wine, many fruit juices, nuts, herbs (ground cloves, cinnamon, ginger, oregano, turmeric powder), grains (especially old-based products), & dark chocolate. It is highly recommended to consume whole foods rather than take supplements. Antioxidants add to general health regardless of illness but medical care is necessary for specifi.

Best veggies & fruit: Gogi berries, pomegranates, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, prunes, raisins, raspberries, plums, cherries, red grapes, oranges, kale, alfalfa sprouts, brussel sprouts, spinach, red bell peppers, onions, beets, broccoli flowers, & eggplant are all rich in antioxidants.
