Yes: Pain less bleeding is the first sign of hemorrhoid , fissure will have lot of pain, make sure to see your doctor rule out other serious conditions , will need endoscopy.

Yes: It is possible although fissures are usually associated with pain however bleeding in the stools is more common than people think and it's most likely a nonserious condition as usual see your physician but bleeding can occur in one's life given constipation or other normal conditions it can usually occur to anybody.
