Not unusual: This bit of mucus is not unusual with anorectal inflammation. However if your symptoms are not resolving,I recommend that you consult a proctologist or colorectal surgeon for further treatment and follow-up..

So the laxative I took last night worked like a miracle, however I saw blood. I assume it was stiil hemorrhoids because I felt a lump and it didn't hurt so it couldn't be anal fissures right doc? It's been here since February. Is this normal?

29 years old. Passed normal stool with some mucus, followed by stool with fresh blood on it. Do not feel external hemorrhoids. Very scared!
I have had hemorrhoid trouble all my like with on and off constipation. I had bright red blood like I sometimes do in the toilet today along with when I wiped like a bloody mucus or clot. Is this normal when u have hemorrhoids to have the little clot?
