This is likely from your known external hemorrhoid. But, you can see a GI doctor to get examined to be certain. They can look into your intestines with a lighted scope to be sure there is no other reason for the blood. This should put your mind at ease so see a GI doctor. Best of luck to you!

Agree with Dr. Ferrantti. for constipation - You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
