Its been months since my umblical hernia repair. when i'm lying on my stomach and i move, i experience a lot of pain.is this normal?

It also depends on whether you had mesh placed. It can take up to 6 months for the mesh to settle in, and the scarring from that may cause some pain. If the pain is something that is out of the ordinary for you, then you should follow up with your surgeon.
