Depends.: If this a subsequent pregnancy and you did not get Rhogam with your previous baby(ies), then yes this pregnancy could be affected by fetal anemia if your current fetus is rh positive and you have anti-d antibodies. Talk to your prenatal care provider to determine your risk status and consider maternal-fetal medicine consultation.
