Not likely: You should get the Rhogam shot at 28 weeks of pregnancy and just after delivery. Additionally, if there is any bleeding during pregnancy, or a miscarriage, you should be treated at that time. If you are concerned about your blood type affecting future pregnancies, a blood test called "Antibody Screen" would be helpful.

Rhogam is for RH neg: For Rh-negative preg women, RhoGAM is usually not administered until their 28th week of pregnancy, and then again within 72 hours after delivery. It is also extremely important for Rh-negative women to receive this injection after any miscarriage or abortion in order to avoid future pregnancy complications. Blood type does not cause miscarriages. Miscarriages occur naturally 20% of the time.
