Do not worry: Do keep your appointment and follow instructions for follow-up care. God forbid you develop anti Rh antibodies, your baby can be treated even during pregnancy.

Rhogam Rx: Congratulations on your recent pregnancy! I am curious as to whether your first pregnancy was a Rh positive or negative baby. If it was negative, when no Rhogam was given then this pregnancy is probably not at risk. If you had a Rh positive first pregnancy Rhogam should have been given. Talk to your OB MD about this issue especially if this OB MD is not aware of your history.
