I am 7 weeks pregnant and found out i'm rh-negative during first pregnancy. is second pregnancy under more risk if baby is rh-positive?

Rh negative ?: If you were "Rh negative" with your first pregnancy, you should receive protective immune globulin in subsequent pregnancies starting at 28 weeks to prevent problems if your fetus is Rh positive. If your first infant was Rh negative , it is necessary to prevent any reaction in the next pregnancy , since you do not know the blood type until after delivery in general. Check with your OB physician.

If Rhogam is given: with first pregnancy due to Rh positive first baby, the risk is very low. If Rh negative first baby, then very low risk. The baby affected is usually the second Rh positive baby, after a first Rh positive, with no Rhogam given.
