Rh negative: Your blood type stays the same. A problem can arise if you are rh negative and pregnant with an rh positive baby and don't get rhogam. That baby can sensitize you so that a second pregnancy with an rh positive baby can cause you to miscarry.

No: Your blood type is stable positive or negative. The concern is if a rh neg mom is carrying a rh positive baby which can cause fetal harm.
