I wanted your attention on the use of the word fine EKG and yet say you have Afib. Afib is not fine EKG and what do you mean that you experience Afib? It is better if you describe symptoms so you could get the help you need. Indigestion and bloating may have to do with the nature of your food that may be causing inflammation in your bowel and you should review what makes it worse so you could stop

You most likely refer to palpitations, when mentioning the fact that you are experiencing a fib, which has to be diagnosed properly. Would suggest starting a log or a journal with activities, food and liquids ingested and symptoms with time as that will help tremendously your physician in assigning/ connecting correctly your symptoms and order further tests as needed.
