Anxiety/depression: If the blood work included thyroid functiin tests and other routine screening tests, which your doctor would do given that you went through several tests as ecg & stress test, you may want to ask for psychiatry referral, meanwhile try to have enough sleep and some physical activity, if you can, every day, wish you well
