Just because you : went to the ER doesn't mean thorough testing was performed. The ER is not a PCP and are there more to tell you what the pain is not, not what it is. In other words, they are going to eliminate life threatening causes of your chest pain and send you to your PCP to whom I hope you have spoken. Keep in mind that many times non-verifiable complaints can't be explained to your satisfaction. See PCP

I'm 28 and don't smoke. Can I still have an AFib or Angina if my EKG, chest X-ray, blood, and stress test came back normal? One EKG showed abnormal heart rhythm but 4 others ( taken within 5 month span) showed normal heart rhythm. I'm really scared.

Dizzy and tired last 3 weeks hasnt went away once, had ecg, troponin l normal. Stress test normal. I have no energy, normal blood work too.
I get dizzy during exercise but my stress test (dizzy during test) echo and ekgs were normal.Im hydrated and blood work normal, please help :(?
