See below: Comparing revital with other multiple vitamins shows its doses are on the low side (especially if taken only once a day) but it does have good range of vitamins & minerals. Shelcal is calcium carbonate, which is poorly absorbed; calcium citrate is better, & best to spread calcium thru the day instead of all at once. Need ≥1000 mg calcium/day. Check centrum/theragran/oneaday to compare w/ revital.

Usually neither: Multivitamins are worthless and may be dangerous. They are good for the companies, and possibly bad for you. Save your money and buy a gym membership. Exercise is the only proven way to stay healthy.
