If i take fish oil, vitamin c, b-100, vitamin d, red yeast rice, probiotics, calcium pill, do i still need a multivitamin?

Eat healthy: Depends what condition it is being taken for. Generally, a well balanced diet and regular exercise program averts the need for all of these. Interestingly, some recent research studies implicate that multivitamin intake is associated with a higher overall mortality.
