Save your money!: There is no good clinical evidence that it does any good at all! Don't waste your moola. You're exposed to lots of germs from those kids. Eventually, you'll be immune to durn near everything! Eat plenty of fruits and veggies and don't rely on supplements (not proven to help), to stay fit. If we got healthy from supplements, nobody would get sick. They're often an excuse to eat unhealthy food
