I fell 3 months ago and have seen doctors, cared for with neosporin, and other antibiotics. i still have a large red, tender spot. what are next steps?

Red, tender spot: A few thoughts: it sounds like you've been treated with oral antibiotics and without it getting significantly worse, it's probably not a bacterial infection. I'd talk to your doctors about possible fungal infection. Also, any reason why you wouldn't heal normally? Any concern for diabetes or other immune problem? Also considering a hematoma that's taking an extra long time to resolve.

Thermal: You had a thermal injury. These are different than usual wounds. You should consider seeing a plastic surgeon or one in a burn center.
