How long ago?????: How many days since the incident? Usually such a wound will heal in 1 or 2 weeks. THROW AWAY THE NEOSPORIN. It is useless anyway. You may be suffering an allergic reaction. Same for bacitracin and triple antibiotic. No benefit. Allergies to these are among the most common of all contact allergies. Why do they sell them? Because ignorance leads people to buy them. It is all about the money.
