Greetings! i have psoriasis. i have a patch of psoriasis on my arm slightly less than the size of a quarter. for at least two weeks maybe three weeks there has been a scab over the spot. it will bleed sometimes. it is not like the typical psoriasis of flakey skin. i have applied neosporin ointment and triamcinolone cream. what is the issue? treatment? is there a way to share a picture? i have never used this service before! this is a first experience! small sore on right forearm?

Psoriasis: Sometimes skin conditions like psoriasis can become infected or irritated more than usual. When this happens and it is important to treat, I would recommend that you do a video encounter where the doctor can see your rash and then make a better recommendation or send a prescription to your pharmacy online. Or you can consult with your usual doctor about it.
