Can you start back: Can you start back on the citalopram? If it helped you and you didn't have any side effects, citalopram is an excellent medication. I know it must be so frustrating for you to have a re-occurance of the panic attacks. Maybe you can get by with a lower dose of the citalopram than you took before? Or, you can try and find a therapist who knows cognitive behavioral therapy for your benefit.

Celexa (citalopram) for Panic: Celexa (citalopram) is good medicine for panic/anxiety if tolerated well, and you seem to have responded to it before. Discuss with your prescribing doctor any symptoms or side-effects u r having, so he/she can make necessary adjustment & intervention.
