Fatty liver: Im assuiming that your doctor has looked at all other causes of hepatitis like viruses, and diseases that affect the liver. It sounds like you have a fatty liver, in this condition weight loss may be all thats needed.

Doc Thoughts on these liver numbers? SGOT(AST) 41 UL in July , 400 UL in Dec. And SGPT (ALT) 79 in July 1000 in Dec. No pain no signs of liver disease, All seems well. May go for ultrasound. Active Marijuana user but No alcohol. Drinks lot of water?
