Yes: Gluten-sensitivity is a different disease than celiac disease. A patient can be sensitive to gluten if IgA and/or igg are elevated to gliadin or deaminated gliadin in the serum. A patient with celiac disease will usually have an elevated ttg IgA representing villous atrophy in the gut.
