A member asked:

Is there a test for non celiac gluten sensitivity?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Wheat allergy: There are some food allergy panels from the larger labs that can test for wheat allergy. Try avoiding all wheat in your diet and see what happens if these tests are not available locally. Food allergies are fairly common. Try keeping a diary of what you eat and see if you can isolate any food that exacerbates your symptoms.
