How can you do gluten-free dieting to test for gluten sensitivity?

Dr. John Chiu answered

Well: You should first find one whether you have gluten intolerance first since this has been a fad disease in the past couple of years. Your doctor can obtain blood tests on you (must be eating gluten) or get a small intestine biopsy. A gluten-free diet has not health benefits if you don't have gluten intolerance.
