Anything: You could be having migraines, tension headaches, eye strain or sinus headaches. Sometimes dehydration, lack of sleep/poor sleep, skipping meals, stress, sleep apnea/snoring or chronic sinus allergies can cause headaches. I recommend you see a doctor.

Medication induced ?: Some individuals who have developed frequent headaches can actually develop a medication driven pattern of recurrence. If the body gets use to getting medication x every day , the body develops a recurrent withdrawal headache if you skip it.This is often hard to recognize & manage so good followup with your pcp or neurologist is key. An extended period off all meds may be required to yield this dx.
