Yes, but: Not sure why you should be taking low dose aspirin given your age and gender. Look at USPSTF updated guidelines for low dose aspirin. Unless your 10yr risk for cardiovascular event is > 10%, daily low dose aspirin is not indicated.

Yes: But it is not likely that you will derive any benefit from omega 3 at any dose. True, it lowers triglycerides and raises HDL. But it fails to reduce cardiovascular risk.
