Migraine may well be the most obvious cause for headache, but the persistence of visual blurring for 2 weeks troubles me. Would fully agree with MRV and MRI, as this would address venous sinus thrombosis. If no clearcut answers, get your eyes examined by ophthalmologist. Sounds like your neurologist is doing a thorough job.

A severe headache and transient vision loss can be secondary to migraines. They would not cause two weeks and ongoing of vison loss. Retinal vascular issues can occur during and after pregnancy and should be evaluated by an ophthalmologist with a dilated retinal exam.
