A member asked:

Tilted optic discs with blurred nasal disc margin . diagnosed chronic migraine but worried about increased pressure due to whoosing and severe constant headaches . mri clear . neuro thinks no paplidema . likelihood of idiopathic intercranial hyper?

Believe this has been answered, but the best way to rule out increased intracranial pressure is by a lumbar puncture. Ask if this can be done. Sounds like you have Chronic Daily Migraines, which can be controlled with BOTOX. Perhaps treat headaches first, and if this fails, then get the spinal tap.
