Coud be..: Your's dad doc. Likeli reviewed his older ekg and echo cardio gram - which can indicate where has benn previous damage , possible heart attack @sometimes silent and diagnosed later on. Hypokinesis means decreased ability of heart muscle to pump, likeli due to scar tissue in that location.. Make sure your dad follow up with his doctor.

Silent attack: Some people suffer silent heart attack--no pain or warning, thus not known to the affected. Diabetics and women are more likley to sufffer this type. Anteroseptal means front-middle-wall, hypokenesis =not moving well. Without more info, it is hard to tell. I would suggest asking the doctor caring for your dad who may provide the answer you seek. Good luck.
