What are your thoughts of the use of tamoxifen for refractory ovarian cancer?

Little: Probably not very beneficial. For uterine cancer, there has been some data. Little if any benefit in ovarian cancer. Unlike breast cancer in which there is a benefit in estrogen positive disease because of the estrogen target, there is no target in ovarian cancer. Hope this helps.
