What is the use of baking soda for cancer, will it neutralize the effect of tamoxifen?

I'm sorry: I expect that even the members of the healthtap team who are most sympathetic to alternative / complementary medicine will agree that the "pop" claims about affecting the biologic behavior of cancers by eating baking soda will tell you it is without any basis in fact. I autopsied one person who died from eating too much baking soda at once. Don't do it.
