My daughter had tiny red spots on her hands and feet. they are sore she is getting small liquid filled bumps all over including her ears. they hurt?

Herpangina: A virus called coxsackie causes hand foot and mouth disease. Look for ulcers in the mouth. The little bumps are called vesicles -- usually red base and fluid-filled. These areas can be painful. Keep her hydrated and see a pediatrician.
