I have small red bumps on my hands. they are itchy and a bit sore. i feel it starting on my feet too. ive been applying anthisan. do i need to go to the doc?

Depends: What you describe would typically be caused by viral exanthem. Are you on any medications? A drug reaction can do this. Typically this could be managed with Benadryl and Ibuprofen and cool compress. If fever or cough likely would be seen. If rash not responding to therapy be seen.
