Pooping baby: Ah the immortal question, how often should a breast fed baby poop. Some go multiple times a day others every 5-6 days and everything in between and it is all normal. As long as the baby is not in abdominal discomfort it's ok. Baby will go, baby won't explode. Breast milk is well digested and some babies don't have much waste. Others just seem to poop everytime they pee, it's all ok.

No constipation: A breast fed baby can have a stool with each feeding , go once a day or sometimes go as long as a week without going. It does not mean that your baby is constipated.
