A full belly usually represents air or digestive debris. When the kid fusses they often swallow air & they do so with feedings. Gut germs also generate gas which will fill the belly. If the kids last poop was soft, it is not constipated. Many infants use their fussing/breathing muscles to assist weak belly muscles & push food along or poop out. Some do so more than others.

It's unlikely baby is constipated. It is very normal for babies to skip days pooping. It is quality, not quantity, that determines constipation in infants. If when she does poop it is soft/mushy/runny, then its ok for her to go days in between poops. Some breast fed babies are just so efficient at digesting the breast milk that they don't make much waste, and therefore, not much poop.
