Breast fed: Babies normally have thin gravy type stools. They may be seedy at times , mushy , soft , pasty or formed , so what you just describe is normal . No need for concerns.

Any other symptoms?: Some causes of stool changes in breastfed infants can include changes in mother's diet, baby starting other food, normal development of baby's digestive tract, and viral infections. If your infant is feeding well, continuing to gain weight, and overall seems healthy to you, it's ok to wait and continue to observe. Otherwise see a doc.
