Most likely, yes.: It is not unusual for babies to not pass a stool for 24-48 hours and then have a normal stool. If the infrequent stooling continues or the consistency of the stool changes, contact your pediatrician.

Breast babies: Breast fed infants can go a little every feed or overflow a diaper once a week. If it is soft when they go i don't worry about it.Be prepared for a generous volume when baby does go.
