By 12th week: It depends on what you mean by "completely formed", because the mouth continues to develop after birth. But in human embryonic development, the palate develops early. The hard palate (premaxilla and palatal shelves) fuse at about week 9 gestational age, and the soft palate has fused by week 10 to 12.

Between the 9 and 10: The palate is usually completely formed by the ninth or tenth week. The lips a few weeks sooner.

9 weeks: The development of the secondary palate begins in week 6 of embryological development. It is characterized by the formation of two palatal shelves (week 7) on the maxillary prominences, the elevation of these shelves to a horizontal position, and then a process of palatal fusion between the horizontal shelves (week 9). The shelves then fuse anteriorly with the primary palate to form hard palate.

Chances are good: At age 29, your chances for getting pregnant are good. If you have irregular periods, this can make it more difficult since you may ovulate less frequently. This will mean fewer opportunities to get pregnant. If you're not successful getting pregnant in about 6-12 months, see your doctor.

Not really: Steroid injections will not dissolve lipomas. If you have 50+ they may not be lipomas, some times subcutaneous neurofibromas look like lipomas, you should have biopsy of one lesion to establish diagnosis, these lesions run in families other alternative see a cosmatic surgeon, for possible removal like liposuction.

Liposuction can be used to address lipomas, but there is a much higher risk of recurrence than with a surgically removed lipoma.

Pregnancy: I you have an irregular period it means you ovulate irregularly. You should keep a menstrual calendar writing when you start period and when you have sex. You can also buy an ovulation kit at the pharmacy, this will let you know when you ovulate so you can plan to have sex at that time. If you still can't get pregnant you should see a doctor and bring your menstrual calendar with you.
