Fetal development: The foundations of a baby’s sex organs develope between weeks 7-12. The urinary system is fully formed by about 14 weeks. Testicles will begin descending in week 26, while baby’s penis grows the most during the third trimester. Ovaries appear around week 11 to 12 of pregnancy. Genital growth continues through the 3rd trimester
