Lump?: Rather that try to arrive at a diagnosis over the internet, see a dentist to determine the cause of you lump. The lump may or may not be related to the accidental injury. Don't make the assumption the two are related. Regardless you will find out what it is and what, if anything, is required to resolve your issue.

Lump: Size/duration/exact location/shape/color/firm or soft/bound down or moveable? Any pain and/or bleeding and/or swelling deserves immediate investigation. Please see your Dentist for an examination/imaging/lab tests to determine the cause of the lump, and this the appropriate cure. May or not be related to your injury.
