A member asked:

I do not want to go college anymore because of my social anxiety/staring problems. what else can i do?

Social anxiety: It is difficult to answer a question such as yours because of the immense amount of information that i would need as to whether you've been in treatment and what type of treatment you've had. I also don't know what you mean by staring episodes. Please make sure that you have had maximum medical and psychiatric evaluations and treatment as well as cognitive therapy to deal with your social anxiety. If you are too disabled to attend school then you have the option of doing classes through an internet university while you work on your social anxiety disorder in therapy and with a psychiatrist to medicate you. Best wishes.
