Talk to a counselor: I would talk to the school counselor or maybe even a mental illness clinician like a therapist, counselor or psychiatrist. It is important to figure out what the cause is and get the help you need to both do the best you can and make the best decisions you can. Stay safe!

College grades: Figuring out the academic piece of college can be hard. A great first step is approaching your professors to talk through the academic challenges so that you can get some help/guidance from them. Tutors are typically available on campus as well. If you are continuing to have trouble adjusting to the demands of college, seeing a mental health professional can help.
