Does anyone know of a condition that has symptoms similar to endometriosis other than adenomyosis?

Fibroids can: Patients with fibroids often have heavy bleeding and pain and so do patients with adenomyosis. However, in general if you ask patients with symptomatic fibroids which is worse bleeding or pain they usu say bleeding whereas adenomyosis patients usu say the pain. Patients with adenomyosis often have painful intercourse fibroid patients much less so. Pelvic MRI very helpful to evaluate these patients.
