Endometriosis: 2 weeks post -op you should be back to baseline or better, Would call the doctor go to ER if more severe pain as may be infection Adenomyosis is when the endometrium grows into the wall of the uterus usually diagnosed via MRI or suspected via ultrasound. http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/adenomyosis/basics/tests-diagnosis/con-20024740

Depends: Post laparscopy pain usually depends upon what was done. If extensive dissection, removal of adhesions or cauterization of many endometriosis implants occurred, you may be more uncomfortable. Adenymyosis really cannot be diagnosed by laparoscopy but is more likely if there is evidence of endometriosis. Definitive diagnosis is made on the uterus by pathology after hysterectomy.

No pain: 2 weeks after a laparoscopy there should be no pain; however, individual tolerance to pain varies widely. Adenomyosis is inside the uterus and cannot be detected by laparoscopy but sometimes by ultrasound or MRI.
