Doctor did a pelvic exam and ultrasound - found an enlarged ovary. what will they do next?

It depends: It depends on whether the ultrasound showed some kind of cyst or other type of growth in the ovary. A cyst is often just watched for several cycles, unless it is very large, whereas a solid growth is usually removed, to be sure it is benign.
