I did a pelvic ultrasound on day 7 of my cycle and the doctor said i have 2 normal/healthy follicles in my right ovary. does this mean i will ovulate?

Probably: Follicles that are destined to release an egg will show growth as you approach mid cycle. Other follicles will regress and get smaller.
