A member asked:

Does endometrial hyperplasia typically present with an enlarged uterus?

No: If it presents in any way, it is usually abnormal bleeding. Hyperplasia won't enlarge your whole uterus - just abnormally thicken the lining.

Not usually: It is possible but uncommon for hyperplasia to present as an enlarged uterus. Most commonly, endometrial hyperplasia presents with irregular/heavy periods or postmenopausal bleeding (bleeding after menopause).
